  • How much do you charge?

  • We charge a flat fee per half-hour increments. Depending on where you are located, there may also be a call-out fee. Sometimes it is too hard to calculate how long a problem will take to fix so to be fair we don't overcharge you with set prices! Instead, we used a time based method.


  • My Suburb is not listed on the Coverage Map. Can you still fix my problem?

  • Possibly! Please contact us for further information.


  • What services do your fees cover?

  • Our service fees are time based, meaning there aren't any extra charges for fixing more than one Computer. We like to multi-task and can easily resolve multiple problems whilst onsite! Some companies charge an expensive flat fee per Computer, we don't! Remember, service fees do not include Hardware or Software costs.


  • How long will it take to fix my problem?

  • There are many variables involved in this question. They range from the nature of the issue, the speed of the Computer, Operating System type and more. Generally, we will give you a rough idea of how long it will take, but remember we cannot give you an exact estimate. Our team is highly skilled and well experienced in many issues and therefore we will already have some understanding before we even attend your premises.


  • I'm setting up a new business. Can you help with the IT side of things?

  • Absolutely. From setting up a website and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) right through to in-depth network, server design and project management. We have worked across many platforms and will be able to advise you on the best cost effective efficient solution.
